Refund policy
Parts (injectors, filters and other products)
You can return unused parts within 30 days of delivery. Items must be uninstalled, in new condition and in the original packaging.
- Start a return: email support@epoxy54.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
- Restocking fee: a 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds on non-defective returns.
- Return shipping: the customer pays return shipping on non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Not returnable: parts that have been installed, used, modified or damaged after delivery, and items not in their original packaging.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@epoxy54.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.
Fuel injector cleaning and flow test service
The cleaning and flow test service is final once the work has been performed. Results are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for injectors that are worn, damaged or fail during cleaning or testing. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start work on your injectors.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
