Where we ship from
Parts ship from our US warehouse. Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days, and you will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and options
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination. Available services include UPS (Standard, Expedited, Express Saver and Worldwide services) and DHL Express Worldwide, depending on where you are.
- United States: Ground, 2-Day and Overnight options. Free standard shipping on US orders over $315 USD.
- Canada: UPS Standard, UPS Expedited, UPS Express Saver and DHL Express.
- International: UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express Saver and DHL Express Worldwide.
Duties, taxes and brokerage
Orders shipped outside the United States, including to Canada, may be charged import duties, taxes and brokerage fees on delivery. These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout. Refused shipments are returned at the customer's expense.
Fuel injector cleaning and flow test service
The cleaning service is done at our shop at 19320 65 Ave #214, Surrey, BC. Drop off and pick up your injectors during shop hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 1pm-6pm. No shipping is charged for the service.
Address accuracy and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, email support@epoxy54.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
